Silver String all began when I decided that I wanted to clutter up my tiny share of cyberspace. After months of waiting, I've finally created my cozy little place. I have been a huge fan of the Smashing Pumpkins for years now. I have always thought about a Pumpkins site, but there are so many, so I figured what's the point? Then, my hero, James Iha, released his solo work. Now, I finally had an idea of a site that didn't already have 12 billion like it :) I got a bit of inspiration from The Smashing Pumpkins Collection. Thus, Silver String was born. Now, I must say, I do love the Smashing Pumpkins, however this site will be strictly James Iha and his solo work. You will not find any information about any of his work with the Pumpkins. The discography will only contain items from Let It Come Down, and any other stuff that pops up in the future (hint, hint, release another album, James.)

Also, if you have anything having to do with James that you cannot find on this site, please contact me. I will take any information, and scanned images. I will probably also ask where I can get a copy :) Such things are the Let It Come Down 12" (yes I still don't have this), and the acetate Let It Come Down promo disc. Any input will be greatly appriciated.
